Winsa brand of PVC window, door and blinds systems were introduced in 1998 are manufactured at a factory covering an indoor footprint area of 27,000 m² on an outdoor area of 40,000 m².
Having a capacity of 16,000 ton/year for PVC profiles, this factory uses fully-automated PVC profile lines to manufacture PVC window, door and blinds systems. Located in Koceli, Turkey, this factory uses state-of-the-art technology so that all of its production processes ranging from the raw material delivery stage to the finished product shipment stage and the compliance of its products with the applicable international standards are controlled and tested by teams of specialists at its fully-equipped laboratories.
The systems marketed under the Winsa brand meet various purposes, tastes and needs of the consumers. Over 100 different profiles manufactured under the four series of Winsa Dorado, Safir, Carina, and Vela and designed as six different systems i.e. Winstor, Winkepenk, Winscreen, folded doors, pivots and parallel slides and made available in 18 different colors, as well as a number of products imported from distinguished manufacturers provide the consumers with various solutions, high quality and after-sale services.
Since 1998 Winsa manufactures all of its above mentioned profiles and products in accordance with international standards including TSE and EN standards, organizes its pre-production, production and after-sale organizations in accordance with international quality standards, and obtains the relevant certificates. |
